Feature to mark quests/items as completed/obtained

Because of the nature of the website I'm not sure about this one but may aswell try to ask.
And since we can subscribe to get notifications from new comments on quests and check to which ones we are subscribed to on our account I was wondering if it will be possible to mark them as completed on a somewhat similar way, and then only show the ones that are not completed in order to have a "checklist".
This could also apply to items and whatever else could fit.

Thanks for the suggestion. It's possible.
I didn't thought about this feature because you can already track the finished quests in the game via the quests journal. Do you know about this ability?
As for the items, this idea didn't crossed my mind. Why would you want to keep track of items?
