I've checked this quest's data and looks like it has a hidden condition. You character has to be at Lv.50+ to accept this quest. Did you reached the required level?

Sometimes positions of the markers inside the buildings on the multi layered maps are not correct. I'm working on this, but wasn't able to fix this issue so far.

The data is extracted from the client of the game, each language uses the corresponding game client.

Thanks for the idea! Added the "Quests->Started by object" submenu, which lists all such quests.

As for the objects list i didn't made it public, because 99% of the objects have no names at all. Listing thousands of them with the names like Object #XXX seems kind of useless.

I get what you mean, by entering the base stats, but what do you mean by "affect the builds"?
