Ive already done the "Afterimages of the rift" quest but Guardian Raid Manager SEIFELTZ does not give me the document to sign in order to complete the quest "[Guide] Guardian Raid Qualifications Certificate". I dont know what its happening but i can not enter the BULLETIN BOARD to get into the GUARD...
