I tried it but it's currently only sorted by zone inside that region. A region sort would be better for it since a region only have 1-2 page of quest and you don't have to search multiple time for all the zone. Ah ok thank you, is possible to filter it out more like sort by region? by quest type too would greatly help navigation

Some of the game quest are hidden and required you to interact with X object at a certain location.
